Return & Exchange Policies:

Refunds are not issued unless the wrong item was sent.

 

Exchanges 
We'll replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact CutieePieBeauty@gmail.com so that we can work out your exchange details. We have a 30 day policy. Unfortunately, we can't offer an exchange after 30 days from your purchase date.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping Policy:

Once an order is placed, packages will need 3-5 business days processing time.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost by the shipping carrier.  Refunds are given at CutieePie Beauty's discretion.
